**Important Directions:**

-Please note that GPS may direct you to the back of the property. Upon arrival, you will see the sign for Airbnb. Follow the road to the end; the building is the last one on the left. Park in any available spot, go to the front door and to look for your reservation information.

**Room Access:**

-Your room will be available at 4:00 PM. To unlock the keypad, use the code …… The keypad will lock automatically after 5 seconds, so please memorize the code for access. For safety, turn the small black knob on the inside of the keypad sideways to activate the lock. To unlock, turn the knob straight.

**Heating and Cooling:**

– Use the white remote control for the AC unit.
– The wall thermostat is only for heating.

**Important Policies:**

**No Smoking:**

-Our Airbnb policy prohibits smoking, including e-cigarettes and cigars, inside the building. If any smell is detected, a $250 fee for special cleaning will be charged.

**Occupancy:**

-The room accommodates a maximum of 2 or 4 people depending the room you book. Additional guests will incur extra charges or may result in reservation cancellation.

**No Parties:**

1. Parties are not allowed in the room under any circumstances.(property)
2. All personal property must be respected.
3. If you wish to invite someone, you must obtain prior approval from the owner.
4. Unauthorized gatherings or events are strictly prohibited.

Dinosaur Gardens

A world-renowned reproduction of over 25 prehistoric birds and dinosaurs on a 40-acre tract of land split by Devil River can be found at Dinosaur Gardens in Ossineke. Dinosaur Gardens features a brontosaurus over 80 feet long weighing over 60,000 pounds.

16. Witness World’s Largest Piece of Float Copper

The world’s largest piece of float copper is located in Presque Isle Park. It is the largest found anywhere in the world. It weighs 28.2 tons, measures 14 feet by 15 feet. Marquette residents are working to assure that this copper specimen will remain in Marquette in a visible place for tourists and residents to enjoy.
